What can I do with WebSketch?
I have signed up. Why can't I log in?
WebSketch is designed to enable our users to focus on the creativity and not the mechanics of site building. Users can use our service to address a variety of personal or professional site needs - from personal & family pages, to professional service offerings and light ecommerce business sites. See some examples of what our users are doing here.
You will get a confirmation email from WebSketch. Follow the directions in the email to verify your account in order to activate it.
NOTE: If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hrs of signing up, please check your spam filter/folder and make sure our email did not end up there. In some cases, you may have inadvertently used a non-existent email address. You can check that by trying to create an account again with your email address.

Do I have to install any software?
Do I need to get hosting for my WebSkech pages?
The service is completely browser-based and doesn't require browser plug-ins or the installation of any additional software. It's currently compatible with Safari 3.0 & above, Firefox 2 & above, Internet Explorer 7, and Chrome.
All WebSketch pages are automatically hosted. We want to make life easier for our users. From our perspective, you shouldn’t need to even know what hosting means, let alone needing to worry about getting it.
Which browser does WebSketch support?
Can I download WebSketch pages?
WebSketch is compatible with Safari 3.0 & above, Firefox 2 & above, Internet Explorer 7, and Google Chrome. For Internet Explorer 8, you will need to turn on the browser's Compatibility View under the 'Tools' menu in order for the browser to work properly in WebSketch (see Microsoft's own blog post here). Support for viewing sites include all these browser versions plus Internet Explorer 6.
No. WebSketch is a hosted web service. That means you just focus on the design; we take care of (almost) everything else.
